HEY FOLKS,

Snow started in Belleville, NJ about 1:24am. Quickly giving the cars a light coating. Then a short later the grounds got a coating. I gone to bed.

I wake up to a lot of snow during the light hours of friday. Wow! Wonderful outside for sure.

Went out to shovel and measure.

At 11:11am it was 6.5 inches of snow. Snowing pretty good outside.

But a suprise to me. The main road not far from me looks fair. Not white. A tad dark color slush. Wow!

Then just after 12 noon. The snow was mixing with sleet.

12:57pm....it was 6.7 inches of snow on the ground.

Now the snow is sticky enough to make a snowman for sure. So get out there and make one already. Before it turns to ice later tonight.

Now it is a light mix and almost to rain at 3:28pm on this friday afternoon.

This is now the largest amount of snow from one storm this season. That is for sure.

UPDATE: 6 photos are up from Feb. 22, 2008 storm. Look for it in CycleMikeNJ  "Weather Related Photos" album.

ENJOY!!
