The early wake up beats the heat

I have gotten up and walked at 5:30 AM to the newsstand in my central NJ town, it is safe to walk by ones self at that hour, its less heat then and its just as the sun slowly comes up with the heat very hot weather of the day. The old saying goes the early bird gets the worm, Moden text the early human gets a newspaper and shopping before the terible heat of the day

I leave the house at 6 and it already feels nasty by then.

I like the first light of dawn also. There is a change of shifts - night birds going in and daylight birds getting ready to punch in their time clocks for the day. No wind for that half hr. And wee beasties like gnats and flies feel it is disrespectful to buzz around your head. Mosquitoes are too tired from partying all night to bite you. Wonderful time of the day to think about what you want to accomplish that day.

I am a handicapped man in his 50's age wise. I am a homebound person who is married and has a caregiver come to my home five days a week. I do crayon and Lego art disigns. I Am online alot in the wee hours and late at night also during the daytime.
