Marine puppy throw update please

It still bothers me, but what ever happned to the two Marines, in the U Tube puppy throw video have they been punished yet?  I would recomend to the Maines that those two clean dog cages for 20 years , and pay a fine payable to SPCA or some other annmal orgainzation,

Snopes still lists it as undetermined to be true. I don't buy it. It's a hoax. Unless of course the Marines were Yankees from NYC.

I am a handicapped man in his 50's age wise. I am a homebound person who is married and has a caregiver come to my home five days a week. I do crayon and Lego art disigns. I Am online alot in the wee hours and late at night also during the daytime.
