Good morning.  It's a messy morning weather wise, and slowly things are getting busy one the roads.  As always take it easy out on the wet roads and give youself some extra time.  If you are heading to the airport expect delays, call you carrier ahead of time. 

Street Cleaning rules are in effect.  Looking ahead for this weeks the next Gridlock Alert Days are Thursday, December 13th and Friday, December 14th.  

Westside Highway Southbound between 125 St. and 79th St. : flooding in the left and center lanes

FDR/Harlem River Dr Northbound: slow between the 100's and 116th Street because of an accident blocking 2 lanes

F.D.R. DR / HARLEM RIVER DR NORTHBOUND AT 116TH ST ACCIDENT BLOCKING TWO LANES, delays back to the 90's

WEST SIDE HWY SOUTHBOUND BETWEEN 125TH ST AND 79TH ST MINOR FLOODING IN THE LEFT AND CENTER LANES .

B.Q.E. / GOWANUS XPWY SOUTHBOUND AT KOSCIUSZKO BRIDGE ACCIDENT delays back past the lie // northbound heavy from the Prospect Expwy to Hamilton ave.

(NEW HAVEN) I-95 (CONNECTICUT TPKE) SOUTHBOUND BETWEEN EXIT 45 (NEW HAVEN) AND EXIT 44 (NEW HAVEN) ACCIDENT BEING CLEARED FROM THE SHOULDER, THEN SLOW FROM EXIT 24 TO EXIT 21 (FAIRFIELD). .

(BREWSTER) I-84 EASTBOUND AT EXIT 20 (I-684) ACCIDENT REPORTED. (PUTNAM COUNTY).

(MT OLIVE ) I-80 WESTBOUND AT LANDING RD / RT 10 (EXIT 28) ACCIDENT blocking at least one lane // eb moving ok from 3xit 12 ( rt 521) and exit 55 (unions blvd) .

SUBWAY SERVICE SUSPENDED both ways on the "4" line from woodlawn to 149th st (Bronx) due to police activity at 170th st. Passengers can use "B" & "D" trains or BX1 & BX2 buses as alternates

VAN WYCK XPWY (I-678) NORTHBOUND AT LIBERTY AV ACCIDENT. LEFT LANE BLOCKED, also heavy up to queens blvd

RT 347 (NESCONSET HWY) WESTBOUND BETWEEN JAYNE BLVD AND POND PATH DR HEAVY TRAFFIC then at terry road in smithtown accident

NORTHERN STATE PKWY WESTBOUND BETWEEN SAGTIKOS STATE PKWY (EXIT 44) AND ROUTE 110 (EXIT 40) SLOW TRAFFIC, at south oyster bay rd (x36) right lane blocked tractor trailer hit the overpass continues slow into post ave, heavy glen cove rd to roslyn rd // eb heavy queens to lakeville rd, at rt 106/107 (x35) two accidents.

Sorry about that, didnt mean to jinx it, but you know how it gets when the weather gets bad. it seems like it brings out the bad drivers as well. thank mike for that. lol. nice colors this morning. red wears well on you.

Ines Rosales is the traffic reporter for Fox 5's Good Day New York. Rosales joins Fox from Metro Traffic, where she worked both as a reporter and camera operator, controlling the traffic and sky cameras for five New York City television stations. She also served as traffic reporter on various radio stations, NY1 and was a backup traffic anchor for WNBC. A New Jersey native, Rosales graduated from Montclair State University.
