Ines Rosales's Blog

Summer is almost over! The hot weather is not the only thing ending.  The easy commute to work is almost over too!!!  In a few weeks everyone will be going back to school and no more vacations.  Get ready!  Now with gas prices going down does that mean that people will be driving more again, and use mass transit less???  We shall wait and see.

Thanks to the Bloggers who keep posting blogs for me.  I'm such a bad blogger, yes I am like that with e-mails and phone calls.  To answer some of those posts.

Scott1: I saw that BobbyHBK answered you on me needing a bodyguard.  Thanks Bobby.  Fortunately, I'm not one of those people that needs protection.  But I do like the Limo idea!!!

Bob: I did go see Bon Jovi in Central Park.  Their performance was good, I've seen him 3 times now.  But there wasn't much energy from the crowd.  I think being out there for hours under the hot sun fizzled them out.  I loved him at Giants Stadium, so I'd want to see him there again.  I don't use the press pass for those perks to be honest with you.  I just don't think about it.  But I'm sure that something like Bon Jovi it wouldn't of worked.  I'm glad I was able to help you with your work with my little moment with my cell phone.  I'm so silly, trying to control my maps with my cell phone.  It feels good to help people, so I won't be asking for a fee.  You do have a lot of remotes!  There has to be an easier way, and I don't mean the universal ones.  I don't like them.  Hope I can help again!!

Jay: I didn't see your question before, you can blog with me right here.

We had that problem with out door shows, people baking in the sun for hours, but so did we! Sometomes you cn't explain crowd reactions or the lack of energy. The next time you see him it'll be different. I loved your idea about being a music reporter. You are definaately a music lover, who better to be a reporter, right?? Don't give up your traffic reports, if ya do people will be bumping into each other and confused!
I don't know what I did wrong but every time I use the garage door opener, I it causes me to cross my legs. BTW don't ever lose you silly, it makes you cute and sexy. I know it works for me, my silly makes me cute and sexy too!
I gotts go now and wtar writing my comedy, but not before I watch you on You Tube to get me started.

Ines, hope things have been good with you. I noticed that you seem to have been on less the past couple of days. I was wondering if that was a good thing, because there wasn't a lot of traffic problems, or are they just doing too many segments? No problem with the bodyguard thing, lol, remember to let me kow if you need assistance!! Take care.

Triple B, so far I have only offered my bodyguard services to a certain adorable traffic reporter. But if I do need to do some side work, I'll let you know. We can cap off the charge at a certain amount, don't worry.

Like I didn't know what you're up to. Can't say that I blame you. She's a fox.So I guess taht means that I gotta protect myself now right?? Here's a little tip though, try to keep her cell phone away from her while she's doing her traffic reports, it tends to make her giigle and lose control!

Unfortunately, Ines, I do not have the luxury of taking mass transit, so when I have to be on the road(which is pretty regularly), I'm rolling in my whip! I actually saw gas prices less than $3.50( @ the Costco gas in Clifton)!!!

BBB...are you sure your crowds' lack of energy was due to baking in the sun?? Could it have anything to do with "baking" something else? I know it wasn't your drumming!!...LOL...you know I like to bust you!!!
have a great day, dude!

BBB...I think the blogging community should be made aware that too much "salt" can lead to high blood pressure, which is the main cause of strokes and a major cause of heart attacks.

Other adverse effects of too much "salt" include osteoporosis and asthma; it has also been linked to stomach cancer.
Sorry, Ines...just being silly in your blog, as I have fun with ThreeB(he loves a good comedic repartee).
(all of a sudden I'm feeling really sexy!!!)

Only in moderation, 3b!
I'm much more of a sugar oriented guy....chocolate, in particular(yes, that dark, creamy, stress reliever, wrapped in foil!!!).

Bob I will not be giving up traffic anytime soon. I love doing it! I am a music lover, and enjoy listening to new things. I grew up in a spanish speaking household in the 80's, and went to private school, so I feel like anything before the early 90's I'm learning now. Of course I did know Madonna and Michael Jackson, so I wasn't totally shut out. I'll try not to lose my sillyness!!! I'll be your bodyguard Bob...I don't know what good that will do though. I won't leave you hanging. But somehow Bobby will be protecting both of us.

DrDNP18, I don't have the luxury of mass transit either. Costco always has good prices, and long lines. The two shell gas on Rte 3 not as much. There's a Libery Gas station in Nutley on Franklin Ave that's also good too. I'm so glad prices are going down!
No apologies for sillyness on my blog..go crazy, I like it!

Bobby thank you for the flowers. Good Morning to you Ted and Scott!

You are very welcome!! I was hoping they got to you. When you live Jersey and order in New York, you can never be sure if they're really going to make it.

A green light(a traffic reference?) for being silly(with some incidental sexy) on your blog?..you got it, Ines!
I don't mind the long lines @ Costco, considering the savings(up to 20 cents per gallon cheaper...shhhh...don't tell anyone!). Since they take 2 cars @ a time, it moves faster than you'd think. To me, its worth the dip off Route 3, for the extra drips in my tank! Plus, if Costco gas can teach us anything, its....what's so important about the next place we're going, that we can't chill in a small line, to save a few schillings? I'm sure Lisa Murphy would agree!
Have a great day, all!

Ines, what other musicians do you listen to? Everyone knows you love Bon Jovi, who is great, but who else do you listen to or have you seen in concert? You didnt really miss much from the 80's except for Duran Duran, and they are still making great music today. Their newest cd was produced by Timbaland and Justin Timberlake so there are alot of good songs to dance to on there. And, as far as Bon Jovi goes, he released a great cd a few years ago called This Left Feels Right, which is all acoustic versions of his hit songs. Really beautiful music. And although I don't speak Spanish, I am fluent in understanding it, lol, and I like alot Spanish artists like Mana, and David Bisbal. Guess Im a sap for the love songs too. Ok, Hope you have a great day, and as far as the card goes, any chance of the first scenario, or did I at least accomplish the second?

Yes,unfortunately, summer is winding down and soon Ole'Man Winter will soon be upon us.However I do find consolation in 1 thing.I'm a Parks Dept.for the last 35 years and am up to my eyeballs in kids of various age groups all summer. As far as the 12-16 year olds NOTHING would make me HAPPIER than to see the little you-know-whats go back to school !!

Listen to Jammn'Jay's on line radio shows and contact her. She'll help you play musical catch up. Music is ALWAYS a work in progress. Just listening to and loving music is reward enough. Jay spends every day of her life researching and listening to music. It's a win-win situation!
