Theory:.... I wonder if this guy is shooting people on there cell phones? In my business I drive for a living - and i see everyone (I'm not kidding) on there phones. I've even seen cops, dart drivers, and city workers in cars owned by the city.

How many stories have people read about car wrecks involving people on there cell phones? Or how many kids got ran over because people are lost in there conversation and not paying attention? We all know its a problem because of the new laws being added about not being on your cell phone in school zones.

Am I guilty of talking on my phone while driving? YES, I am. However, even though this does change my point of view, my phone calls last 30 secs to min.

Either way, there is no justification for what he is doing....but sometimes when i'm behind people on there cell phones driving below the speed limit, sometimes I wish i could run them off the road.

Anyone have thoughts on this?

IS anyone else pretty pi$$ed off about this? Surely there are other things to tax besides our gasoline.

I suspect that if this goes through, I can almost assure that crime will go up, the economy will be shaken...and sales of transfer tubes (to transfer gas from one car to another) will sky rocket.

Hey Ya'll, I am kind of having a problem with this story.

The story goes as followed: Miguel Punete is being held on $50k bond and being charge with murder for a 16 year old girl who OD'd.

Here is my problem with this story: Mr.Punete is being charged with murder because one of his clients had a heroin addiction. I firmly believe he should be charge to the fullest extent of the law in regards to drug dealin, I do not think he should be charge with with murder. You don't arrest a car dealership because some idiot got drunk and killed a girl. You don't arrest a gun dealer because someone shot and killed someone with the gun they purchased from the dealer.

I am not defending this person, and he should be in prison for selling drugs. But murder is a bit much for soneone else's addiction.

Please comment on this....maybe I'm not seeing this in the full spectrum. And please, play nice. Your views matter to me...

there is a new reality TV show called American Cannibal. Yes, in this show, real people like you and me will supposedly eat real human flesh. (although one site says its a hoax)

Is this what we have come too? Shows about cannibalism? Hoax or not, this is the worst idea for a TV show EVER!

I hate reality TV shows personally and I can't wait until the reality phase if over with. I know some of you bloggers like them...otherwise they would be off the air right now. With the writers stike going on, the media is saying that there may be more reality TV shows to hit primetime. A prime example of this is AMERICAN Cannibal.

I not slamming on people who like reality tv shows....but please i urge you do not the network that is broadcasting American Cannibal the ratings it needs to keep this show going. (although i maybe fighting a uphill battle on this...but its worth a shot.) I hope it cancelled within the first episode....but we can only hope.
