"Bloomberg has defended his decision to seek an exception to term limits, saying he is uniquely qualified to lead New York City through tough economic times" He we go another person of Politics using other people's hardship for their own gain. What has Bloomberg done in New York to help our economic times cause this ain't just happened.New York had economic issues long before this.Folks out of work, taxes for those who own homes one of the highest in the county,Food prices continue to go up,gas almost 4 dollars a gal. Most people can't afford affordable housing. So what part did Bloomberg help change. The last mayor we had used people's hardship for his personal gain also I'm speaking of 9/11.I really don't have a cue on what Rudy did during that time except take credit for everything. Why didn't he take credit for our failed security.Enough already lets put someone new in City Hall and maybe some changes may come about.

When will those who lead our county begin to be honest to the people who voted for them.Lets look at a couple of issues which are some what recent. When are we to learn the real story behind 9/11,who,what and where.Who were the real terrorists here. Why have we not heard anything lately about the efforts to capture those who really committed this horrible act.I thought the reason why we were at war now is because of the reports on weapons of mass destruction, well 7 years later and non of these weapons were ever found,so why again is there a war going on.What happen to our full proof security system that planes can come into a no fly zone without anyone seeing them,to me these are the questions that should be asked .Next issue is our economy what really happened ,we have these CEO's making well over 300,000 dollars a year and couldn't use their brain to tell them that there is something wrong. This problem didn't happen over night,it took years for something like this to happen,so was someone asleep at the controls the way they were on 9/11.What is the truth we should ask,and please ask that they break it down so we can all understand it.Our county has let us down, now don't get me wrong I love my county,I went to war for my county but I refuse to allow them to continue to cover up the real answers to these issues.Once again no one wants to accept the responsiblity.Well that sounds about right. So as we get closer to these election you may want to bring up these issues and hope to get the answer that you can live with, cause right now "dis ain't living".

Well now don't that beat all, this lady brings back old news to try and hurt Obama with. She continue to bring up things with no facts which is what so many people have done during this election.Mrs Palin claims that Obama was suppose to have a connection with
Williams Ayers was a founder of the radical 1970s group Weather Underground and they was involved in several bombings in the early 1970s, including the Pentagon and the Capitol. But what she didn't say is non of these claims were proven. What she didn't say was at the time of these so call bombings Obama was seven years old. What she didn't say that Mr Ayers conspiracy charges were dropped in 1974, and he is now a professor of education at the University of Illinois in Chicago. So it would appear that McClain camp is reaching for straws and is now running out of time.So in the weeks to come lets see what else Palin/McClain can come up with who know maybe they may say Obama knows where Ben Laden is cause they see them together at Kmart.Give us a break lets try and stick to the issues and stop with the smoke screens.

I have been noticing certain people on here and you know who you are made it their business to call Obama every name in the book, most of you don't even know this man, only what you heard from the media, and please who more to trust then the media,HuH.yes you have a right to your opinion but I think your opinion should be directed towards major issues instead of Obama's culture, family and the cloths he wear.I know that most of you who have these things to say is mainly saying them because he is BLACK,lets be real about that. However when judging a peson he or she should be judged on their merits and deeds. As far as personal issues I think that those who choose to go in this direction needs first to look themselves in the mirror and ask yourself who am I to judge another person cause I'm not GOD and GOD is the only one who has the right to judge any human being. So as we get closer to this election please focus on the issues and vote on those things that means something to you and your family.

Hey listen to this lady,McClain is too old to run a county. From what the job of President details I really don't believe McClain is up for the task.He is spending all his money on these Ads to attack Obama instead of using that money to let American know how he plans on getting us out of this resession that we're in,and don't listen to Bush because we are.McClain will follow in Bush footsteps,I have not heard McClain Ads talk much about what he will be doing or try to do as President.I know that a large number of American people don't want a Blackman as President but you need to consider the amount of time a President holds office, the amount of trips he has to take around the world, and etc. I just don't believe that McClain is up to it Phyically or mentally, but if you do then go on and vote for him,I'll sit back during the months after Jan 25th to see yall saying damm why did I vote for that old azz man. Maybe I will vote for Paris.

This picture on the New Yorker is not so much about Obamas as it is labeling Muslins as terrorist. Why do the media along with a number of Americans seem to think that all Muslins are Terrorists. The terrorists act that took place at the federal buildng in Oka.by This guy name Timoty Mcbay or something, did his actions label all whites as terrorists. The incident at that School in PA where all those kids were killed was that an act of terrorist or just kids being kids.Lets stop the finger pointing, please note my last post concerning the terrorist attack on 9/11.Those who planned that whole thing has yet been brought to justice.Or have they.Another thing to keep in mind concerning that day, these men who flew those planes, where do you all think they were trained. So please keep in mind when you point the finger at someone there is always three pointing right back to you.

I was reading where someone not sure who suggest that the tax payers foot some of the bill for Yankee Stadium. Please give me a break, first of all the money they spend so far would be better used to build AFORDABLE HOUSING in the Bronx, I don't mean housing that cost $400,000 a price that very few families can afford,as matter of fact the way things are going now no familes will be able to afford. These folks got nerve, they want money from us to help build a Stadium that I can't even afford to take my family too because the cost of the tickets, and my tax dollars should pay for this no way. What they could have done was to fix up the old Yankees Stadium ,oh by the way there is talk about the Mets getting a new Stadium, who is next the Knicks maybe,I have nothing against our sports team I just feel the money could be spend better some where else.I'm curious on how others feel about this.

You know this is the first time I've ever heard the word flipflop so much as it used to decribe a man running for President.I've heard them called many things except that,is it because his name is Obama and the media needs to place a label on him.And now the rest of the county not everyone is beginning to use that same label in referring to a man whom has the right to make a change in his position, its called Changing ones mind.Fact is can anyone honestly say that that aways act on their first thought or can you say that after looking more into the issue you began to see another facts that would call for you to rethink your actions.I do think a lot of the time the media can put things in a way that would cause just about anyone to re think their position on an issue and sometimes without even knowing all the facts themselves.Too bad American people like to jump on the bandwagon with the media I do hope one day you all don't have a serious accident. The other thing I want to say is don't it seem strange or is it me,that people are just knitpicking when it comes to Obama, and the funny part to it is bet half of them don't even vote, just wanta give lipservice,I don't mean any disrespect to anyone with my comments,so if it don't apply let it fly.

I'm sharing with everyone the email I just sent to HSN concerning an outline purchase. It reads as follow "I'm very disappointed with HSN business practice, you people canceled my order without even telling me,and had the nerve to say to me that someone from my household called and canceled, which that is very impossible since no one knew I was ordering it except myself, plus if they did they could not have access my computer or my account, that I will be canceling with HSN.And see I'm giving you the respect to let you know that I'm canceling my account with you as well as my wife account. When I called to check my status is when I found out.You place a hold on over $200 on my credit card, never got a phone call or email concerning this matter. Now I have to wait for those funds to be released back into my account. THAT IS VERY BAD BUSINESS.My wife and my family shop with HSN,I will make sure they never ever shop here again,To be honest I believe you people did that because of my name I'm muslin and thats called discrimation, you did even want to consider a replacement, my money is the same color as yours.I will also make BBB aware of you actions.HSN SHAME ON YOU." And I throught they were a great company.I welcome any and all comments.

Unity please give me a break, there is no amount of unity by Hillary and Obama that would cause these american people to vote for Obama.Lets get real now everyone is coming up with reason on why Obama should not be President,he not experience enough,he know nothing about the security of our county, not sure what religion he is,the church he attends etc. no need for me to go on.Lets now call it what it is,racist people is alive and well and living next door to you. This county will never ever put a Black man and Obama is a Blackman into the White House.People are still very color blind meaning the only color they see is white. These same people still see Black Folks as second rate citizens. But we are not as matter of fact we are very far from that.Read your history, not white history but Black History and there you will find your answer on weather a Blackman can run this county, and I'm referring to all the things blacks has done for this county, from the underground railroad to the inventions that help build our great nation. No we are not or ever will be second to anyone. One last thing,as far as elections is concerns where do these so call people who run for office go to get votes,in the Black community,so yes ,yall need us as much as we need you.Why can't people look at whats on the inside instead of what color the box is.Thinking that will all change, well not in this lifetime.

Well now begin the throwing of dirt, its too bad that an election couldn't be ran solely on the issues that affect the American people.More time will be wasted on What church Obama attends, what the person who supports him is wearing.I'm very much aware that RACE will continue to be an issue during these next five months, its too bad a person can't be judged on his merits and how he respond to the issues affecting us as American instead of what color he is.I'll support someone weather their red, green black or blue, weather their a female or even wanna be female as long as they address the issues and come up with a working plan on how to resolve them.No one will do that in their first 4 years,Bush has made such a mess of things that it will take 8 years and some to repair the damage that he has done to this county,Good luck Mr Obama,go out there and run YOUR race for President.

Its too bad everyone is protected under the First Amendment, because there are those few who find the need to take advantage of that right. No matter who it may hurt,we know that in this great society of our, people take pleasure in hurting, humiliating and or distoying and calling it entertainment.First Amendment : laws that infringe the
freedom of speech, infringe the
freedom of the press. So this means I have the right to say whatever I want, except yell fire in a crowded movie.I remember a story that came from the website "My Space" what someone wrote this 13 year old girl was the result of the rapid decline of her online relationship with a person she believed to be a boy named "Josh Evans," who first flattered the self-conscious girl and then taunted her. which caused her to commit suicide.Aldermen in Dardenne Prairie, a community of about 7,000 residents about 35 miles from St. Louis, have proposed a new ordinance related to child endangerment and Internet harassment. It could come before city leaders on Wednesday,
Prosecutors said they would not file charges against the people who used the Internet to send bullying messages to a 13-year-old Minnesota girl shortly before she killed herself. So you see the problem these sites can cause. Will anyone step forward and ask the FCC to maybe monitor some of these sites, their respond may be we don't have enough manpower to do such a thing, meanwhile somewhere in our county someone is on the internet at one of these sites, having I guess what they consider fun.As far as how to put a stop to it,don't know if anyone can or want to.As far as our children we NEED to as parents be aware of what our children is doing on the internet, use parent control when possible. What is your view on this topic."Is that Entertainment"?
