Headin' to a Weddin'...

Howzit goin' y'all??  All is good up in here.  I'm in the studios today again, this time because I have to run out of the station to catch a plane to Louisville, KY for our very own Anne Craigs' wedding.  But I am cutting it close today!  My plane flys out of LGA at 10:30am so I've got all of an hour and a half to make that plane.  Yeeoowwzzaa!!

So how are you all planning on making it through the heat this weekend?  Anything exciting?   I'm actually going to be in the KY area where temps will hover around 100 degrees.  Now that's going to sting a little...

So now that I've figured out how to upload video, I hope to bring some wedding video clips to you from Anne's wedding as well as some of some of the shenanigans that  will be happening.  Have a great weekend everyone... And all the best to Anne and her Fiance Chris on their nuptials this weekend!!

Mikey, have fun down there and tell Anne that your wifey said, Hello. :) Although I disagree with the hairstyle she'll be sporting, I know she'll still look great on her wedding day.
Nothing exciting going on with me this weekend... maybe I'll take my nieces/nephews out.
Can't wait to see the clips! Holla Muaah..aotb :)

Hey Mike !

You better boogie out of the studio, to get to LGA.

We are headed to the beach both Sat & Sun. I am working on my tan, David sits under the umbrella, he doesn't require a tan. :)

The video clip and your pic of Memorial Day Weekend are both super.

Way to Go Anne and soon to be husband Chris! I wish them both endless years of happiness.

Hopefully Mike you caught your flight and all is well. No weekend plans yet- but I'm always up for surprises.

I think I'm gonna put up my AC lata on... the Heat Wave is approaching!

It was so freakin HOT out there, you can fry an egg! Only 1 more day for this heat wave right Mikey?? BTW...whenever you post Ann's wedding video clips...PLEASE don't forget to show a clip of yourself with the boxers or briefs on...The heat is on!!Take it off...AND...WHO'S GETTING ALL THAT GOOD MEAT?? LOL Holla....

Mikey whats up man! Where's the corvette that thing is (whew) "Mystro likey"...no? Doesn't have the same ring right? LOL! Enjoying this Hot a** weather? Not I--giving the AC a break until lata, so until then I'm just all sticky! Chele whats the trick, cause I need to "enjoy" this type of weather now...summer isn't even here yet :(

Mike Woods joined Fox 5 in June 2001 as the morning meteorologist for "Good Day New York" and "Midday News." In addition to providing accurate forecasts, he periodically works as a feature reporter. Woods is originally from Sacramento, California but has been moving all about the country since 1993. His first job landed him in Eastern North Carolina, where he worked as the morning and noon weather anchor. While in North Carolina, he covered several hurricanes, including Bertha and Fran in 1996. Before heading to the Big Apple, he spent some time giving hot forecasts in the deserts of Phoenix, Arizona.Woods graduated from U.C. Davis with a degree in Rhetoric and Communications, and he also has a strong background in meteorology. He is an AMS seal holder and was nominated for an Emmy for best weather forecast for the Southwest region.Woods enjoys racquetball, biking, hiking, snow skiing, water skiing and working out in the gym. He has been featured in Muscle and Fitness magazine in the "Real People" column. Mike also does a lot of charitable work with the community, especially with local schools and children's organizations.
