Ines helps all of us everyday to get to where we are going, it's time to return the favor! I'm confident that the over 5000 bloggers on this site can find Ines a pair of tickets for the upcoming Bon Jovi concert in Central Park.
The girl from Jersey really wants to see the guy from Jersey, let's make it happen!

What happened to Good Day New York?  It seems that many of our favorites are "taking vacation", and not returning.  The only reason I suspect they are gone, is when you look at the Fox "People" section, they are no longer listed.  What happened to?:

Lucy Noland, Mark Joyella, Stacy-Ann Gooden?  I recently saw Stacey doing weather on a local Connecticut station, where did our other favorites go????

Learning that Rosie wears stretch pants and always has a "elastic tattoo" is TMI.

On the 11/10/06 5PM News, there was a discussion and an opportunity to reply to the news story concerning the city purchasing "supersized" ambulances to accomodate larger patients.
As a paramedic with over 30 years of pre-hospital care experience, converting an entire fleet of vehicles to accomodate a small part of our population is insane.
Handling of bariatric patients is becoming a specialty. Requiring specialized training and equipment.
These super sized ambulances, from my experience, ride like a truck better suited for cargo, rather than patients. These mammoth vehicles would have difficulty negotiating the streets of Manhattan, and perhaps the other boroughs.
I would suggest purchasing a small fleet of these special vehicles to supplement, instead of replace the current vheicles. Have special teams available to transport these special needs patients.

Just a thought.
