Who do you think would make a good running mate for John McCain?

And how about a VP for the Democratic nominee, whether it is Clinton or Obama?

Hillary Clinton because I would like like John McCain to be president. He would then win for sure. For VP, I would like Obama because I wouldn't mind if he was president.

Don't even talk to me about the Democratic candidates -- I ain't EVEN voting for them!!

As for McCain -- GOTTA GO with Condoleeza Rice -- and NOT because she's an African-American woman -- BUT BECAUSE she's an African-American woman WHO SO GETS IT!!!

With the way political campaigns run, no one ever knows anything about anyone until they actually run for something - then everything comes out. I'd have no way of knowing who would be a good running mate.

i think condoleeza rice SHOULD be Mccains running mate. it would give him a boost!
look @ the democrats: a woman and a black man.
condoleeza is a combination of both!

Condoleeza Rice would be a better candidate than McCain, Obama and Hillary. She has a track proven record and the experience to finish the Iraq situation.

McCain and Rice- She is reputable and intelligent and would get many votes for the republicans that they wouldn't have got without her.

Change is the order of the day for America, so Obama is my choice. Although we need change we also need stability and knowledge, which is why I think Ted Kennedy would be good for the position. This would bring the old and new, black and white together in a big way!

I was surprized to hear John McCain's name associated with Condaleezza Rice. I have been talking with others about this combination for over a month now. She is smart, young, energetic, experienced with national and international affairs, deals and handles foreign affairs boldly and honestly, and she appears to be an honest person who operates with integrity, which is more than I can say about another female who has her eyes on the White House. She does not appear to have her own agenda and I believe she loves God, America, and cares about the American people. This team would ultimately bring about a change in the political arena and make history in the office of the presidency...a black female. I also believe that this team would be a sure win for the repulican party. At present we have a black and a female fighting and tearing each other down. What a circus.
