Do reports that Southwest Airlines was flying some of its planes without getting the government's official OK make you think twice about flying?

Lets see..the crane that collapsed was ok'd by the government, the Bridge that collapsed in the Midwest was ok'd by the govornment, the wonderful state of the art roads we drive on are ok'd by the government. So Yes, I feel fine flying Southwest Airlines without the government's official ok. Luv is in the Air!

My pilot friend quoted.... "If you knew what I know about all of our planes, you'd never fly again!" Not just Southwest!

Because of the publicity Planes are now being inspected at such a fast clip that
I don't think the inspections are given the full attention they warrant.

I shake in my boots everytime I get on a plane because inspection or not, there is always a risk of something happening.

the very industry that assures us day after day that its safe to fly are the ones malpracticing and making it highly unsafe for us. i'm not even sure who to believe now..
