As stated in previous messages / blogbits on the interweb since 1998, here (fox) since 2006/07 that both physics and galacsics work hand & hand. So lets say the same galacsic affect was to have occurred in the early 2008 TS season, but one noticed no similar or no activity in the Atlantic Basin as to tropical wx activity. Just remember that though galacsic might have been "singing" for TD / TS to form in a certain area physics was not "humming" along as in the physical plane as it was either too cold, fronts too active or other hostile to tropical development physical actions for a similar galacsic affect as now to have occurred then.

 Simple if pool alarm is triggered 4 mini pistons lifts a fishnet that is laying on the pool floor and rise up via the pistons thus anything that caused the pool alarm to be set off IF "it" fell into the pool "it" will be lifted up.     Hopefully the pistons should be checked by state / consumer advocate authorities to be sure it rises at a certain speed and with a certain weight to save or lower the chances of a child drowning. The careful draining means if the pool alarm triggers draining that a filter assure no part of the baby (i.e. fingers) is caught by the drain opening even if the rising fishnet fence should rise fast enough to prevent anything falling in from even getting close to the drain

The idea came on the fact that in the 1970s my parents took me & sis on a Fla. vacation via Eastern Airlines staying at the ¿Fountain Blue Hotel? and while i was in the ocean a rip tide took me out to a point were the sea floor dropped so much i could not see the sea floor  i held on the beach / higher sea floor's edge while begging to take in water and then  some big fish pushed me up as i was trying to also pull and push myself up.  Eventually i got above the water level and my parents who where ~30 feet away now where smaller than my pinky's nail as i remember my mother having the only bright florescent green top so once i saw that green i held my fingers up to get a size / distance perspective ... long story short i thought why not build a fishnet fence that is secured to a aerodynamic fence that lays low on the sea floor yet when lifeguards think a person is being dragged by a riptide they can remotely trigger that areas ripcatch fence and hopefully the fence catches the person being dragged since the fence and the net are aerodynamically built so it does not allow the force of the water to affect it whether its up or on the beach floor. When remotely triggered the fence is lifted by unlatching wide** buoys secured to beach floor boy mini silos.

problems are costs!!!, making sure no sea floor creatures / fish are affected or build their "homes"  on it and low enough no boat bottom catches onto it.

 As other ideas i post, they might exist in use or in another person's thoughts the trick is to share ideas for the better of all and / or to spark an even better idea.

Here a rare situation were i had an idea sin the 1970 but only tried once to pass it on but the last try as during a situation that led me to tar up the envelop with this idea and not send it to the mayors office of NYc. It was for NYc Mayor David Norman Dinkins but after waiting for the election results and Guliani winning  then waited to see Mayor Giuliani's style. Then observing that Mayor Giuliani's style  was as i he was a step father with a cold heart ( i worked in an area where i was lucky to hear Mayor Giuliani's real comments but being a gentlemen i am keeping those words to myself but he really only cared for  himself. So i tore up that envelope as i felt helping his administration was like helping to make a democratically elected dictator more popular, any way here the idea.


Use large restored barges to carry and hold those street clogging suburban MTA buses. 
¿How?

  Well if 50 suburban buses are the first line to pick up passengers thus are going straight to the pickup points / bus stops  then those buses should use the conventional drive through city streets method but all other bus of that shift that would  go and get to their appointed route too early thus idle at worst as is chronically done on 2nd Ave. between 23rd and 36th streets in Manhattan and even if not idling are parked on the active bus lane thus blocking active buses from running smoothly as just one suburban bus takes up 3 car spaces and being wider forces active route buses to make wider turns then if trying to go around a parked car when the city bus leaves a bus stop point. Thus that wider turn an lead to blocking / slowing up to 3 lanes of traffic an create irate drivers / horns a honking. So why no refurbish a barge have it inspected and then suburban buses go from their gage straight to the barge oh lets say 25 buses at  time Less wear  tar on buses, less fuel it used, heck a pulley using a weighted magnetic system can even lower drastically the fuel the barge uses as the barge's engine is used to start and stop plus emergency stopping [goodness forbid are never needed] but in between as it goes via the East River, an under water steel cable can be looped into were the barges momentum energy that would be lost yet in turn is stored into a large magnetic reservoir to be used by the next barge. Especially handy when the barge going with the current stores the excess energy as it uses less power thus that stored energy can be passed on to the barge going against the river' current. Now buses can exit the barge in groups of 15 every 30 blocks or so as where wide streets are available and closest to bus route stop concentrations.

 One important part is to have wide openings for buses to enter / exit the barge and LEAVE AN
 OPEN LANE OR TWO ON THE BARGE and ability to enter / exit from both ends of the barge (include life vests!!!) so if one bus breaks down on the barge be it accidental or sabotage  it dos not block the rest of the buses from moving in or out..

PS try it for LIMOS TOO as when the Limousines  bring their passenger to the appointed bar... i mean job / destination being they are not allowed to pick up passengers then if it is a company Limo its just taking up space / parking in front of fire hydrants incentive is low parking rates on barge or a fuel coupon by oil companies in return for parking on the barge and oil companies get business redirected toward their gas stations.   At best at worst using gas not to mention working for the mob as a look out or  antenna link ( i tried 7 times to get the FBIs attention including after the 5th try in he summer of 2001 from a pay phone at 27th and Lexington Ave. on a Sunday, but the FBI would not listen sadly this crime syndicate involved will be he biggest in about 4 yrs, uses 3 major western religions and was indirectly involved with 9/11/01 ... Goodness knows i tried


Result as to using a busbarge:
1] takes off the streets ~30 - 50 buses per barge.
2] less blocking of active bus lane
3] lowers idling pollutants
4] noise pollution from other vehicles and  or other buses honking when traffic jams are created by  buses on an inactive route to mean whether parked, idling, moving, selling MTA cards that bus is not on its pick up passenger route for that date.

try to find my "free / Xcess ion" idea as an efficient, least intrusive way to get energy from moving bodies of water / or nature's activities in concentrated natural action,  as a river. It gives off very little if any as its affect on life living in the river being it is self enclosed where the water going "through" is charged via a natural through the tubes method and 1/3rd of the "created ... really push-pull energy " is used to "uncharge" the water before it exits thus one makes ..333 amount of energy ( uh some might say uhh---mmm my math is off, but see in clues ... some still around on the interweb (dads nickname also Mr. Craig Ferguson of CBS 2xLate show) some not, due to web sites closings or accidentally deleted by the web site ... i left on other blogbits as .333 of the remaining .666 is used to transfer that "virgin output" toward physical storage, hence .333 i left to use if away 45'  + Dia. another idea i actually was going to call in on Mayor Bloombergs radio show but was told he was not as interested on the windmill idea as it seemed not esthetically nice so i hung up the phone too bad i really was all energized to show people a new way to push-pull energy from "inactive air" by charging "them" uncharging "them" one of the secrets is in the Giza Pyramid and the levels of the Sphinx links.  Now on those maps (if still at sevenload) you might have noticed one of the red squiggly line near Fla. green is to show where galacics / physics  trade their inlnce or either outgoing -galacsic- or outputing -physics- energeies) and how i explain that a TE has to have its AOI .666 into a specific area to begin that areas galacsic "influence 'SONG' ... resonance on that tropical entity, why in one, two or three of this tropical year's glacsic segments you might notice through physics that clearly (with strong Hs) the compu'rs models where sending TS further west than they went. Some might say ah the TE were only  few degrees off. As in the case of Ike that 5 day ago,4 days ago, 3 days ago, yesterday the experts stated Ike's might was to hit Texas but remember for real history buffs it was th Tex / Mex area it was going to hit and 4 days ago some TV experts where sending it mostly toward Mex, "¿wha hoppen?" Yet my blogbits from last winter2007 left clues to a Bevan interview on ch7  as to a TE effects as to want to be push-pulled northeast via galacsics yet physics kept planting strong Hs which led most to correctly send TS formations westward, xcept Galacsic influences as if  "saying" go "nrth  nrth east".    As stated on earlier clues as messages posted since 1992 and later blogbits IF THOSE POSTS STILL EXIST, colliding "particles" (in Europe on 200080910) is ok but as my warning was more toward MITs plasma experiments by ~2016AD but will eventually involve super colliders is that when certain "states of matter" goes beyond a certain level(s), --- these levels given in clue form on 2 prior massages or blogbbits ---  what occurs is this never before XperienceD by humans on Earth as the  "moving intrea-dimnsional energy" will want to go in an almost percent circle beginning from its "manifestation point" toward the Equator (clue i left for MIT elsewhere ) as opposed to Mag that "goes toward the poles". Then here the tricky part if that manifestation if it travels up to  .333 into what would be the complete manifestation circle if drawn out then not to worry if 'it' goes up to .666 worry a bit as physical activities will be affected as if from / out of  "no where" but really from intrea-dimensional forces that follow that 'ol rule, i updated in a clue similar to the following: everything has an opposite and equal reaction that has to balance itself when going through other dimensions as to the previous dimensions levels, also left this updated "law of nature" in clues to TWA 800 and what i called Turquoise tubes*1). Reminder to break up each of the interacting seasons into thirds then each "parental" season the latter being two seasons counted as one thus there are 2 parental seasons on this plane-T also which are also broken into thirds and each individual third has its own physics and "galacsic" command. Please remember the changes from one third to another could go from extreme to seemingly no change and both type has to have their outputs influenced through physics for it to be experienced on the physical plane- thus the added moon cycle delay which can be observed from the 3+ days to 9+ days it takes for the next moon cycle to take "charge" as in going through a window of change and charging -/+ at .333 and .666 into the cycle. in other words once you figure out what date the seasons "thirds" fall on, then leave an open window of 3-~10 days for the next change to become obvious (the Bevans clue)THAT can INCLUDE NO CHANGE -not this year-.

BONUS CLUE the reason if you go to the LJ blog on Bloomberg and T Boone's wish for NYc windmills where i placed cute drawings where ENCLOSED turbines would go on top of buildings is imagine if special drawings are painted / projected on those turbines depending on the speed of the spin those drawings could change their colorful output appearance. For instance though Disney is not a fav company of mine imagine a turbine moving at 10 mph looks like me i mean Goofy but at 20 mph turns it to Mickey's head or project the worlds largest clock face / temperature. IDEA TITLE : "School equipment" holding clothing nicknamed pockids (play of the word pockets)
Idea uses the plush type doll attached to pants as in this clip of The Party Machine -a program aired early 1990s centered around the latest dance craze and hit video songs-.
Idea sent to Vivian Brown of twch in 1993???, Lisa Mozer of twch late 1990s or early 2000 after i saw her books for kids tried to write her publisher and her and to Dr. Sapna Parikh of Fox 5 NYc, this past spring 2008  before i posted the clip linked above. Never received a response from these ladies as to this idea so posting it for the public. (actually via my "badkarmatoo" via netzero i think i no longer have, Lisa Mozer responded she did not want to be bothered so i never really counted that i sent her the ideas.

   As i saw the pants in the linked clip above, where this guys pants have a plush doll sewn into his pants, i wondered why not create plush dolls called "pockids" that hold school necessities as pencils, crayons, puzzle books, pop rocks -ok not the last thing-. This way only the school books given out for assignments are placed in the backpack thus less weight is placed on one area -the back / spine by spreading out throughout the kids clothing storage pockets,  as at such a young age a kids body is memorizing its adult to be body structure so good posture at that young age is most important, hence the idea i wanted Dr. Parikh to test and create it or develop it through fox 5 as a product with fox 5 logo like bobble head dolls are made to look like well known personalities why not "pockids" equipment dolls of fox 5 news personalities ok that is going to far, a Ernie Anastos "pockids" doll you'd scare the living daylight out of kids (just kidding, i'm just rosaning Ernie, ¿rosaning? a word i made up to mean to give back a snap remark as a zilly insult not meant to be real just to pick on ones "TV" persona as Rosanna Scotto does to Ernie Anastos of NYc's FOX 5 /WNYW news).

  Now the important features would be NO "pockids" on the back of any part of the clothing, obviously there are plush book-bags but do not create any on the back of the clothing as it can cause pressure on the child's circulatory system which is not good specially for diabetics. NO "pockids" where the childs joints would be located as not to hinder their movement as if a pencil is placed in the knee area the pencil can break when sitting worse is stick out thus scrap other kids if the pen/pencil pops through the clothing not to mention mom would be very upset that the clothing was incorrectly made.
  So either create the pockids  away from where the kids joints would be, include room for growth OR create a system where the pockids are attached via a secure loop WHERE ANY EXCESS DANGLE of a belt like loop goes INTO the pant so the kids clothing does not catch on any moving vehicles as school bus / train door etc and / or use heavy duty fasten & loop system like heavy duty Velcro. Now i could see at least four pockid pockets two for books on the pants and two for lighter school equipment as pens, mini writing pads, pencils, crayons, sharpeners. Now there are clothing with many pockets already on the market but these pockids would have several features that might be more desirable and healthy.

1] Wider than the standard pocket on already on  the market multi-pocket clothing
2] Attract kids to do school work being this might be more in use for 3RD - 6th GRADE so in having oh lets say a "The Batman" pockids or "Disney character " pockids "Nick the weatherguy" pockid [with added sun,clouds,rain,snow pockid Velcro add on patches for that days weather
3] In being able to detach the pockids if kids get tired of one "pockid" they can mix n match "pockids" even with other kids [get parents permission ... i hope] or remove them all together also washed separately.
4] In spreading out the kids school necessities its less intrusive on passengers when kids with book bags with a depth of 2 feet smack you as they try to pass by.

 i had the name "pockids" under protection in another country but cleared it before sending it to the FOX 5 Dr. in case they used it thus not get in any copyright hassle.

There are 3 other benefits but being they lead to other clothing ideas which i "just" sent to an actress ~3 years ago and i give  ~8 yrs for anyone i write to respond and  develop the idea, and though the actresses response was with an auto response letter that counts as a response so i do not want to ruin her chance to create that idea IF she or some of  her "people" read the idea.

The idea to reconsider the drinking age has taken a weird twist as when tested in several colleges and universities the so called young "adults" had no problem playing the role of the curious college student but when trying to do responsibility tests no one wanted to be the designated driver, hence a new study is being tested that of how to do your college work without leaving the bar or going to ones dorm.

Further studies eventually discovered it was the medals Lead weight content that caused stress on their backs.

Now at first the flow created will only be at 5 to 10 mph BUT IT WILL BE CONTINUOUS as long as the vertical panels are in motion and no purely natural wind / gust / storm flow  contradicts it.
