 ...The vertical walls In this crappy drawing  (lower right drawin) will be moved in and out to "attract" a change  in the near atmosphere which 'cause of the microLOW devices form causes wind/breeze to want to flow through the device and since there will be a turbine within the device's structure this created high to low portion of near by atmosphere will cause the turbines to move..
This can be achieved in at last 6 methods 1 i posted on foxblogs the other 5 are on other web-sites another one on  a U.S. web site, the rest in other languages
Now at first the flow created will only be at 5 to 10 mph BUT IT WILL BE CONTINUOUS as long as the vertical panels are in motion and no purely natural wind / gust / storm flow  contradicts it.

ok rare bonus CLUE one of the other methods to generate a man made ( i prefer man assisted ) air flow is to create something above the device that del with the naturAL FLOW OF MAG via conduits. In this crappy drawing, it would be placed on top of the solid white line which is above the dashed magenta line then the vertical walls need not be put in motion thus less wear n tear in the main structure. Now as to aesthetics, these structures can be covered as water tanks made of wood / straps are covered by brick as to look more pleasing to ones line of vision as one looks across the city's skyline.
i am sharing this clue as the web site in another country it was on has gone down and look like it went OOB = Out Of Business.

It reads as nutty?, yup but at least i tried to offer it to the public for the greater of the majority and not just make money off it and the price the public paid for not wanting to learn of my discoveries is you have figure out its parts, presented in clues to build it. Like if the idea for the car coming oh lets sat 150 years before the industrial revolution so no one thought it was possible yet instead of the car's inventor giving up he / he sends clues like the need for suspension, a combustible engine, a cooling device, drive shaft then saying here are these clues since no one wanted to take me serious thus not even ask questions i leave these clues and drawing of pats of the so called car, same here.
