as to wx remember the tendency left in the wxwoman video linked a some months ago (March then June) as to TS trends. Though almost at the end of this areas TS season as stated (incorrectly) by modern science still remember the delay to change to a .666 to .333 physics dominated wx trends CLUE i moon cycle.

The window for the settings fixed into the eLOW device ends in a couple of weeks, being i was busy typing on other country's websites since early Oct2008 did not tst my eLOW. Now naturally this front has inter-level tornadic (tornatic was a clock clue) signatures, though they seem to be "dying" will try to create three points over the city for a "draining of the lower atmospheres" effect. Depending on the charts i see at wunderground and NOAA lets see if anything begins to "drop/lift". odds are low but heck its the last time i use my eLOWs as to "warm weather" till nxt yr. my settings from 5 to 17 at 20% N-S SLANT and the portable eLOW at 2 to 20 22% E-W SLANT trying a 5 hr period...530p...

Well a few more wks as to the Tropical Storm Trend i posted as little dots appearing over the NE on a Jackie Guerrido clip posted ~Feb/March (repeating info for those just passing by... since 2000 i have posted videos of beautiful "wxwomen" and included that yrs TS trend and am 99.4% correct (NOT COUNTING written to media outlets predicts sent before 2000 then my prediction BTW ALL done on the Sept to Oct BEFORE the yr to be predicted then my accuracy drops to ~96% while the best national predictors if you only count their FIRST PREDICTIONS [Dec/Jan, two months after my written posts]no UPDATEs then they are ~39% since the 1990 season. The clip was first on youtube but "haters" removed it, entire wxclip site. --- To be fair on the written clues i expected a physical strength v. motion ratio (¿physical strength v. motion ratio? ah its a crappy little 2 pg formula that i created ~1972 rv in 1974 that tries to figure out using the same star cluster to solar system ML(100%), Ml[NCVL](66%),[NCVl of NCVl](33%) "INTER/INTREA active angular output" to determine how what i call galacsics will output its energies via physics (dimenesion to dimension step down tramsformer like but i triied to send that to the weather channel in CLUE form hoping they would ask Qs ~1990s and they cared not TO RESPOND so why bother re-posting. Being i suck at physics (some might say many more things) i figured the physical strength v. motion ratio to be 3to2 but it was more like 2to3 so my clues posted as to THIS yr having 1 or 2 TS (actually was 1.63452) go up the east coast as the clue was the Bill Evans (Bevans his AKA) book comment on an ABC interview last yr. really did not form, but imagine it looking as a completely opposite trend then getting hit as stated. Well already posted next yrs predictions ... (why i have not posted here for a while as worldwide posting ... still) ... on two other countries web sites as i have given up on any U.S. based business asking me Qs as to my first luv, Wx so hoping another country's people might be interested. (last yr i gave up on other science fields as to web Qs)

Now if another country goes ahead or causes the U.S.of A. to borrow their knowledge if figured out that it came from this person do not blame the messenger for this countries lack of asking Qs blame its lazy thinking style. ,peace

As stated in previous messages / blogbits on the interweb since 1998, here (fox) since 2006/07 that both physics and galacsics work hand & hand. So lets say the same galacsic affect was to have occurred in the early 2008 TS season, but one noticed no similar or no activity in the Atlantic Basin as to tropical wx activity. Just remember that though galacsic might have been "singing" for TD / TS to form in a certain area physics was not "humming" along as in the physical plane as it was either too cold, fronts too active or other hostile to tropical development physical actions for a similar galacsic affect as now to have occurred then.

First hope all heed any official weather advisory,warnings. THIS IS NOT ONE,  just covering all bases..

Reminder to break up each of the interacting seasons into thirds then each "parental" season the latter being two seasons counted as one thus there are 2 parental seasons on this plane-T also which are also broken into thirds and each individual third has its own physics and "galacsic" command. Please remember the changes from one third to another could go from extreme to seemingly no change and both type has to have their outputs influenced through physics for it to be experienced on the physical plane- thus the added moon cycle delay which can be observed from the 3+ days to 9+ days it takes for the next moon cycle to take "charge" as in going through a window of change and charging -/+ at .333 and .666 into the cycle. in other words once you figure out what date the seasons "thirds" fall on, then leave an open window of 3-~10 days for the next change to become obvious (the Bevans clue)THAT can INCLUDE NO CHANGE -not this year-.

If read at fox being it cannot include my custom formatting, deeper clues are not noticeable as font colours and sub or super scripting or other inserts.

Though i have the portable set up by 7am it is not really set up for indoor use as this portable type is one method that can be slid got that slid on the top of the microLOW device one sees in the drawing i left at LJ as to windmill / ENCLOSED turbines on NYc buildings the LJ page is linked on a very recent blogbit here at foxblog. BONUS CLUE the reason if you go to the LJ blog on Bloomberg and T Boone's wish for NYc windmills where i placed cute drawings where ENCLOSED turbines would go on top of buildings is imagine if special drawings are painted / projected on those turbines depending on the speed of the spin those drawings could change their colorful output appearance. For instance though Disney is not a fav company of mine imagine a turbine moving at 10 mph looks like me i mean Goofy but at 20 mph turns it to Mickey's head or project the worlds largest clock face / temperature. Have more ideas but decided instead of posting all on a European site i posted some here.

IDEA TITLE : "School equipment" holding clothing nicknamed pockids (play of the word pockets)
Idea uses the plush type doll attached to pants as in this clip of The Party Machine -a program aired early 1990s centered around the latest dance craze and hit video songs-.
Idea sent to Vivian Brown of twch in 1993???, Lisa Mozer of twch late 1990s or early 2000 after i saw her books for kids tried to write her publisher and her and to Dr. Sapna Parikh of Fox 5 NYc, this past spring 2008  before i posted the clip linked above. Never received a response from these ladies as to this idea so posting it for the public. (actually via my "badkarmatoo" via netzero i think i no longer have, Lisa Mozer responded she did not want to be bothered so i never really counted that i sent her the ideas.

   As i saw the pants in the linked clip above, where this guys pants have a plush doll sewn into his pants, i wondered why not create plush dolls called "pockids" that hold school necessities as pencils, crayons, puzzle books, pop rocks -ok not the last thing-. This way only the school books given out for assignments are placed in the backpack thus less weight is placed on one area -the back / spine by spreading out throughout the kids clothing storage pockets,  as at such a young age a kids body is memorizing its adult to be body structure so good posture at that young age is most important, hence the idea i wanted Dr. Parikh to test and create it or develop it through fox 5 as a product with fox 5 logo like bobble head dolls are made to look like well known personalities why not "pockids" equipment dolls of fox 5 news personalities ok that is going to far, a Ernie Anastos "pockids" doll you'd scare the living daylight out of kids (just kidding, i'm just rosaning Ernie, ¿rosaning? a word i made up to mean to give back a snap remark as a zilly insult not meant to be real just to pick on ones "TV" persona as Rosanna Scotto does to Ernie Anastos of NYc's FOX 5 /WNYW news).

  Now the important features would be NO "pockids" on the back of any part of the clothing, obviously there are plush book-bags but do not create any on the back of the clothing as it can cause pressure on the child's circulatory system which is not good specially for diabetics. NO "pockids" where the childs joints would be located as not to hinder their movement as if a pencil is placed in the knee area the pencil can break when sitting worse is stick out thus scrap other kids if the pen/pencil pops through the clothing not to mention mom would be very upset that the clothing was incorrectly made.
  So either create the pockids  away from where the kids joints would be, include room for growth OR create a system where the pockids are attached via a secure loop WHERE ANY EXCESS DANGLE of a belt like loop goes INTO the pant so the kids clothing does not catch on any moving vehicles as school bus / train door etc and / or use heavy duty fasten & loop system like heavy duty Velcro. Now i could see at least four pockid pockets two for books on the pants and two for lighter school equipment as pens, mini writing pads, pencils, crayons, sharpeners. Now there are clothing with many pockets already on the market but these pockids would have several features that might be more desirable and healthy.

1] Wider than the standard pocket on already on  the market multi-pocket clothing
2] Attract kids to do school work being this might be more in use for 3RD - 6th GRADE so in having oh lets say a "The Batman" pockids or "Disney character " pockids "Nick the weatherguy" pockid [with added sun,clouds,rain,snow pockid Velcro add on patches for that days weather
3] In being able to detach the pockids if kids get tired of one "pockid" they can mix n match "pockids" even with other kids [get parents permission ... i hope] or remove them all together also washed separately.
4] In spreading out the kids school necessities its less intrusive on passengers when kids with book bags with a depth of 2 feet smack you as they try to pass by.

 i had the name "pockids" under protection in another country but cleared it before sending it to the FOX 5 Dr. in case they used it thus not get in any copyright hassle.

There are 3 other benefits but being they lead to other clothing ideas which i "just" sent to an actress ~3 years ago and i give  ~8 yrs for anyone i write to respond and  develop the idea, and though the actresses response was with an auto response letter that counts as a response so i do not want to ruin her chance to create that idea IF she or some of  her "people" read the idea.

Since no one will believe (maybe 122 yrs later) of this device i call microLOW this apology will seem as nutty but if the device added to the ability for lows to generate more down ward angles weather entities at a more concentrated level as "deeper" cloud shafts for hail or tornadoes, my sincerest apologies.

Again for those whom have not tried to read my previous blogbits i have explained the facts as how this microLOW device generates or helps add umph to lows at the horizon level from where the device is situated toward the horizon of the device at sea~level. The device is on the 10th floor in the Rose Hill area on Manny ya figure out the height from sea level thus how far is the point where clouds will do weird dances as reverse of suddenly drop sure it follows the laws of physics but its assisted by a manmade-nature-enhanced device.

yesterday i had the portable device on me from 2pm i walked up 2nd ave to 125th st then down CPW st till 5pm stopping at 67th st.

today its at a -12 then i am resetting to 0 CLUE as one has to do before one goes on the positive side , then at 530pm to 15 this means as on Wed past, one should see concentrated activities toward the direction the storm is heading at the horizon level as to this miroLOw devices height from sealevel.

Now the positive change shoul push-pull the activities toard my area, RoseHill.

Just doing a quick test of the microLOw device at 20 but only for `1 hour 5-6pm.

BTW yesterday had it just at 15 for 7 hours, the day before had it a negative 3 which generates a microHIGH for 15 hours.

Some might ask hey akamrx or nutty guy ... (ya know tha 'ol joke 'call me anything just don't call me late fer dinner') ... could the fact that you outputted your microLOW two times have caused the ALREADY STRONG LOW to become more effective in transferring its energy with a more downward angle? ok so no one would ask that, but here a clue, yup yet notice when i implemented the microLOWs (first in the other day was by accident but i have Xperimented in implementing at most 4 times within a 24 hr period, and of the 20 times i tried multiple outputs 74% of the times the storms became more active than expected but since i only count 90% or higher to be considered an effective percentage i cannot say that multiple microLOW outputs always affect the final output. It did seem that when i used two the output was 93% effective once i went above 2 % dropped.
tonight just outputting one microLOW at the settings of the second microLOW i used the last time.

...as yesterday but from 642pm - 255am. and more diag. down draft this i done by placing an element in this microLOW device that then wind will follow to become down drafts depending on the elements purity and percentage [above numbers]  used huh? you might say.
  Well as sent to twch in GA. via clues to control certain parts of weather one first creates an area that uses 'MAG light'. Set that Mlight to you own N E S W [ol clue was N E W S as means north east west south, but if one reads w/o thinking that the letters are spaced out then you've judged the book by its cover, once you start your own NESW settings within your microLOW device then nature matches  your input element to connect it to its natural grounded match, huh??? more at L_J
