 Simple if pool alarm is triggered 4 mini pistons lifts a fishnet that is laying on the pool floor and rise up via the pistons thus anything that caused the pool alarm to be set off IF "it" fell into the pool "it" will be lifted up.     Hopefully the pistons should be checked by state / consumer advocate authorities to be sure it rises at a certain speed and with a certain weight to save or lower the chances of a child drowning. The careful draining means if the pool alarm triggers draining that a filter assure no part of the baby (i.e. fingers) is caught by the drain opening even if the rising fishnet fence should rise fast enough to prevent anything falling in from even getting close to the drain

The idea came on the fact that in the 1970s my parents took me & sis on a Fla. vacation via Eastern Airlines staying at the ¿Fountain Blue Hotel? and while i was in the ocean a rip tide took me out to a point were the sea floor dropped so much i could not see the sea floor  i held on the beach / higher sea floor's edge while begging to take in water and then  some big fish pushed me up as i was trying to also pull and push myself up.  Eventually i got above the water level and my parents who where ~30 feet away now where smaller than my pinky's nail as i remember my mother having the only bright florescent green top so once i saw that green i held my fingers up to get a size / distance perspective ... long story short i thought why not build a fishnet fence that is secured to a aerodynamic fence that lays low on the sea floor yet when lifeguards think a person is being dragged by a riptide they can remotely trigger that areas ripcatch fence and hopefully the fence catches the person being dragged since the fence and the net are aerodynamically built so it does not allow the force of the water to affect it whether its up or on the beach floor. When remotely triggered the fence is lifted by unlatching wide** buoys secured to beach floor boy mini silos.

problems are costs!!!, making sure no sea floor creatures / fish are affected or build their "homes"  on it and low enough no boat bottom catches onto it.

 As other ideas i post, they might exist in use or in another person's thoughts the trick is to share ideas for the better of all and / or to spark an even better idea.

Here a rare situation were i had an idea sin the 1970 but only tried once to pass it on but the last try as during a situation that led me to tar up the envelop with this idea and not send it to the mayors office of NYc. It was for NYc Mayor David Norman Dinkins but after waiting for the election results and Guliani winning  then waited to see Mayor Giuliani's style. Then observing that Mayor Giuliani's style  was as i he was a step father with a cold heart ( i worked in an area where i was lucky to hear Mayor Giuliani's real comments but being a gentlemen i am keeping those words to myself but he really only cared for  himself. So i tore up that envelope as i felt helping his administration was like helping to make a democratically elected dictator more popular, any way here the idea.


Use large restored barges to carry and hold those street clogging suburban MTA buses. 
¿How?

  Well if 50 suburban buses are the first line to pick up passengers thus are going straight to the pickup points / bus stops  then those buses should use the conventional drive through city streets method but all other bus of that shift that would  go and get to their appointed route too early thus idle at worst as is chronically done on 2nd Ave. between 23rd and 36th streets in Manhattan and even if not idling are parked on the active bus lane thus blocking active buses from running smoothly as just one suburban bus takes up 3 car spaces and being wider forces active route buses to make wider turns then if trying to go around a parked car when the city bus leaves a bus stop point. Thus that wider turn an lead to blocking / slowing up to 3 lanes of traffic an create irate drivers / horns a honking. So why no refurbish a barge have it inspected and then suburban buses go from their gage straight to the barge oh lets say 25 buses at  time Less wear  tar on buses, less fuel it used, heck a pulley using a weighted magnetic system can even lower drastically the fuel the barge uses as the barge's engine is used to start and stop plus emergency stopping [goodness forbid are never needed] but in between as it goes via the East River, an under water steel cable can be looped into were the barges momentum energy that would be lost yet in turn is stored into a large magnetic reservoir to be used by the next barge. Especially handy when the barge going with the current stores the excess energy as it uses less power thus that stored energy can be passed on to the barge going against the river' current. Now buses can exit the barge in groups of 15 every 30 blocks or so as where wide streets are available and closest to bus route stop concentrations.

 One important part is to have wide openings for buses to enter / exit the barge and LEAVE AN
 OPEN LANE OR TWO ON THE BARGE and ability to enter / exit from both ends of the barge (include life vests!!!) so if one bus breaks down on the barge be it accidental or sabotage  it dos not block the rest of the buses from moving in or out..

PS try it for LIMOS TOO as when the Limousines  bring their passenger to the appointed bar... i mean job / destination being they are not allowed to pick up passengers then if it is a company Limo its just taking up space / parking in front of fire hydrants incentive is low parking rates on barge or a fuel coupon by oil companies in return for parking on the barge and oil companies get business redirected toward their gas stations.   At best at worst using gas not to mention working for the mob as a look out or  antenna link ( i tried 7 times to get the FBIs attention including after the 5th try in he summer of 2001 from a pay phone at 27th and Lexington Ave. on a Sunday, but the FBI would not listen sadly this crime syndicate involved will be he biggest in about 4 yrs, uses 3 major western religions and was indirectly involved with 9/11/01 ... Goodness knows i tried


Result as to using a busbarge:
1] takes off the streets ~30 - 50 buses per barge.
2] less blocking of active bus lane
3] lowers idling pollutants
4] noise pollution from other vehicles and  or other buses honking when traffic jams are created by  buses on an inactive route to mean whether parked, idling, moving, selling MTA cards that bus is not on its pick up passenger route for that date.

try to find my "free / Xcess ion" idea as an efficient, least intrusive way to get energy from moving bodies of water / or nature's activities in concentrated natural action,  as a river. It gives off very little if any as its affect on life living in the river being it is self enclosed where the water going "through" is charged via a natural through the tubes method and 1/3rd of the "created ... really push-pull energy " is used to "uncharge" the water before it exits thus one makes ..333 amount of energy ( uh some might say uhh---mmm my math is off, but see in clues ... some still around on the interweb (dads nickname also Mr. Craig Ferguson of CBS 2xLate show) some not, due to web sites closings or accidentally deleted by the web site ... i left on other blogbits as .333 of the remaining .666 is used to transfer that "virgin output" toward physical storage, hence .333 i left to use if away 45'  + Dia. another idea i actually was going to call in on Mayor Bloombergs radio show but was told he was not as interested on the windmill idea as it seemed not esthetically nice so i hung up the phone too bad i really was all energized to show people a new way to push-pull energy from "inactive air" by charging "them" uncharging "them" one of the secrets is in the Giza Pyramid and the levels of the Sphinx links. Some might think i am stupid for not making billions but my life wish this time was just to wake up humanity to its inner minds's strength but it seems humanity is in one deep lethargic trance when thinking of true ideas not rereregurgitating old ones in part due to the "duo-decium" theory as to our sun's sibling black hole but part just societies follow the thought to be the "easy way" trend.

ok rare bonus CLUE one of the other methods to generate a man made ( i prefer man assisted ) air flow is to create something above the device that del with the naturAL FLOW OF MAG via conduits. In this crappy drawing, it would be placed on top of the solid white line which is above the dashed magenta line then the vertical walls need not be put in motion thus less wear n tear in the main structure. Now as to aesthetics, these structures can be covered as water tanks made of wood / straps are covered by brick as to look more pleasing to ones line of vision as one looks across the city's skyline.

---for the wx dept: i left, actually had to repost another TS season clue as the clip with the clues i posted in 200802 was removed by YOUTUBE, as it was on a Jackie Guerrido clip it has been reposted in a new clip on a male oriented video presentation site.
    As i state i blend beauty, my ideas (humor at times) together hence i post clues in my mediawomen clips and even in fashion designs i send them or post.
   EXAMPLE of the latter::: in a fashion design i sent twch's Jeanetta Jones (returned envelop as refused) it was a way to use a garter to hold ones mike pack as i stated since the 1980s that it is unhealthy to repeatedly place the mike pack in the same area of the body so i figured why not create micro purses that clip onto pockets and the jackets rim so the wire is hidden (will post crappy drawing on my LJ blog in a week, i hope ) or use garters to attach the mike packs onto these garters which one alternates from one leg to the other and every third day the mike pack goes back on the waist. Then for men to use a shoe clip or sock garter like thing to hold the mike pack around ones lower leg. So sure it reads as weird but think of how much one cares for ones fellow human being to send ideas that help others even if it makes one look like a nut for sharing them, add to that included in the sketches like ones i sent some of the weather channel's ocms as Jeanetta Jones where science formulas that when the drawings are held under certain coloured filters, against other pages back-lit with bright light and / or mirrors vuwalla you would see numbers and formulas leading to scientific discoveries hidden in my drawings.

Remember what i sent was not personal but ideas to help them in their profession be it Dr, Metrologist, Consumer advocate or Tech reporter. So thinking someone might find better use of my ideas i am posting those clues on my non foxBlogs, nothing personal against fox just that my HTML formatting does not show up on foxblogs. If one noticed my top 3 ways to protest as to China's non-modern way of thinking as to pollution and social laws on one of my other blogs here they are repeated (one was done though stated it was an accident who knows)
1. cough constantly while being interviewed.
2. wear masks as bicyclist do here in nyc to lower the intake of certain pollutants
3. if masked not allowed use hands or lift shirt over nose as to cover nose from pollution
(NEVER "PUT DOWN" THE CHINESE or any people instead comment on the laws or politicians actions or there lack of action as to help all people in betering their standard of living.)

more ideas for fitting more passengers into NYC trains:
1) Velcro / electromagnetic walls at each stop they demagnetize.
2) Revolving doors ON TRAINS
3) Paint the cars to look like Volkswagon beetles so passengers feel like they are in college and give it the 'ol college try to see how many can fit in one car.
4) Three words: vacuum sealed cars.
5) Simple place Disney World as the trains destination.
6) Cannot think of anymore ... butt ... will try.

 The idea is NOT new, i had it used on toys in the 1980s and am sure its used on other packages.
 Being that Nestle responded quickly it gave me the incentive to pot this idea so they can use it.

Just saw  report on FOX 5 NYc 2000729tu ~540 pm on a nestle baby formula starter package which uses those modern wrapped in plastic artificial (blue) ice packs to maintain their starter kits contents cool or to use those ice packs with ones own baby's formulas / juices etc cool, these word on the plstic then would advertise the Nestle brand as they use the artificial ice packs.

. Well the report stated how a family almost confused the ice pack for actual baby formula as the plastic cover of the "chemical ice" pack had an advertisement on it in a manner [big letters] that one MIGHT think it was the actual formula inside not chemical / artificial  ice inside the plastic package.  Even a person at a poison control center thought it could be confused for a baby formula.

   An idea is since those ads lower the price of product hence needed specially with th price of everything going up faster than one earnings then why not Nestle use 3 Dimensional / holographic printing  that as one slightly moves the ice pack the word WARNING or  AVISO  or the circle with the diagonal line through it or other international languages whose word for warning  is placed in hologrphic red and become visible as one moves the package. Similar to those holographic prints in / on checks except use the older 1980s versions as those older  / first generation  holographic styles are cheaper thus not rise the price of the Nestle product. There are several companies which do the cheaper holographic prints and would be happy to get more business since they lost business to the more modern holographic prints used on checks, credit cards and other official material which needs anti-theft measures.
 If this idea is used no need to worry how much i charge for an idea ( have a similar idea copyrighted ) as i post my ideas for all to use and only ask that if a profit is made from ideas i post that a respectable amount of the profit be used to help children in need in  non sectarian method

glad to see the report on florescent bulbs though it might not take the threat to ones health as i think but who am i 'anywayz'... as i posted in a 2006 blog it has two very bad effects:[why in a blog i stated my surprised fox had the florescent bulb give away link]

1-As to the mercury, when i worked in two major nyc hospitals three things as far as mercury caught our immediate attention, an old thermometer breaking, a blood pressure device breaking and florescent bulbs, though small in amount if it (mercury) went into the water system it could create wide contamination, so we had to wear special clothing and use special vacuums...not made by Tyson..

2-this i REposted in late 2007 as it was how "blue" ya know the H v. He thang stars will have a lower percentage to "nurture" their AOI (Area of influence) planets to have a balanced to n fro energy flow toward planets as to allow "life" to flourish and that fact though not yet proven heck probably not even seriously studied when studied in a long term affect on complex life/humans is why i state sure change about half the bulbs in ones home/apt but DO NOT USE FLOURESCENTS in your thinking or family conference rooms [latter where the family gets together to think out family problems as the florescent light will IN TIME short circuit ones thinking process. i know it reads as weird but if one has read my blog one might notice 8 major science break through or official studies are now stating what i posted which proves either science is catching up to my way of crazy thinking or what i state being not mine but from figuring out deeper areas of nature thus the ideas are correct just too early for todays science devices to monitor. BTW i am thinking of posting CLUEs as to use a solar device to power the rest of the apt bulbs USES ONLY THE SUNS output on sunny day via a special style of wiring and storing solar energy as already done via panels BUT use a prism like device to share the output thus 5 to 10 times more efficient.

i sent Dr Parikh 2 eMails one several ways to figure out "cures" or how to prevent certain illnesses caused by modern technology in the hope she could pass the crazy ideas to medical or scientific study labs

1-reversing diseases via what that FLA? radio tech's invention as he has to use three beams of that device he is trying to use to really reverses diseases and not just pass he disease to another part of the body, watch if what i state is not taken into consideration with his device, then in a few years those he thought he helped cure will develop the diseases elsewhere as its the side effect of that device hence i sent Dr Sapna clues on how to use these beams of the energy isolating the area, isolating the interacting gland as to the specific diseased area and then the beam that reverses the disease remember the sieve CLUE.

2-as to cell phones any thing electronic placed not just near the body [sent Three people at twch ideas that could be patented and make someone millions and here i will repeat it for the first time since i sent it to the weather ch, was going to send it to T. Humphrey as i send people i like [guys too as to jim cantore, mark mancuso] but specially women, ideas that if they use can help them earn money** as my way of saying thanks for being who they are, meaning outer and inner beauty, since i never received response to my mailings to her i could not send anything as not sure she would receive them. The idea is to create cell phone holders or any electronic device holder in a manner where it holds away from the body's aura [of course that if not done correctly then makes the holder less stable ah but there is a trick to that CLUEs use three materials in one and learn how angles take certain energies away from other energies by creating a static like force field at the very micro sub atomic level.

4-i forgot the one of the ideas but here the 4th it is a bra that by how it is constructed needs not any new material just construct it in a manner that sends certain energies toward earth ground instead of internally as most clothing does now. That idea i figure is worth billions as imagine the many clothing companies paying to use this idea. Once it is proven factual as to my statement of sending certain energy flows toward ground but not through the body remember some person posted that in this case first tried to tell doctors in the 1970s, peace
