its not fair to the average commuter. but i think its a bigger problem that city vehicles is not maid in America. when the city take my money to buy a Toyota it takes money and send it overseas. money that is needed in our economy. instead of supporting America we are supporting japan that means one less American cant get a job that one cant pay there mortgage and thats only 1 of the reasons why the economic crises is going on. if you ask me that is another way of outsourcing. money that should be circling here is going out
