Oh how much I miss my mom....My mom was a very special lady...She was not only my mom she was also my best friend....It's been 7 years that my mom is now with god and I miss her everyday of my life.......The memories that she left behind still keeps me going today.....

I wanted to share this poem with everyone...It really touches the heart!!!

She was there at the beginning
When the world was new to you -
She was there to turn to happy times
Those when, you were hurt or blue.

She was there to listen to your thoughts
And when you asked, to give advice -
She was there to tell you, \"Those don\'t match!\"
Or, \"Hon, you sure look nice.\"

She was there with you at nighttime
To help you say your prayers _
She was there to tell you, \"It\'s alright.\"
When you had a dream that scares.

She was there at morning time
To get you up and out of bed -
She was there when you didn\'t feel good (or did)
To say, \"You\'d best stay home, instead.\"

She was there when you were hungry
And when you had those dirty clothes -
She was there when you needed her
(How she knew? Only heaven knows.)

She was there at the beginning
And she\'ll be there your whole life through -
She\'ll be there in your mind and heart
Just like a mother is supposed to do.

Happy Mothers Day...Mom, you will always be in my heart profoundly every day of my life, until I take my last breath....

Hi Angie:
So sorry about your mami; the following thought works for me and I wanted to share it with you, I hope it brings you peace and tranquility…
The apostle Paul gave the answer when he was speaking before the Roman governor Felix. As recorded at Acts 24:15, Paul boldly declared: “I have hope toward God . . . that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” The hope of the resurrection gives us courage in the face of the worst adversities. Because of that hope, our dear friends and family members who fall sick and sense that they are going to die do not lose heart. Whatever happens, they know that they will reap the reward of faithfulness. If this holds true and the Scriptures don’t lie, you’ll have the opportunity that one day see your mami again.

I do hope, I get to see my mom again...

My mom was the world to me, because she was there for me in every way...There is an emptiness in my heart since she die and that can never be filled....

Hola Angie,

My Mom was the toughest lady I have ever known and I'm 62. I learned that I can chew on nails and spit out tacks when needed and the balance to that is just as soft with love.

Angel is my little poodle. Cricket, her mentor, lived for nearly 23 years. Cricket's favorite toy was a stuffed clown. Angel doesn't treat it like the other toys maybe because it reminds her of her adopted mother, Cricket.

I am sure our mothers will have a light in the window and a stew pot on the stove waiting for us when we go on our last journey.

Oh dear! I think we better bring 2 twenty-cup coffee makers with us! Or, did we have the same Mother????????

It was NOT MY fault that Mom was happy she was going thru the change of life, had 2 sons, one 9 and the other 12 - and guess who showed up on March 10, 1946???? Not My fault I was a complete surprise.

Before my mom die, I spoke to her on the phone saturday night...We were talking and she was not feeling and I told her to take it easy...On Sunday, my brother and his wife went to see her and took her out for the day...My mom called me and was very happy the next morning on a Monday morning mom die....It was unexpected...Boy!!! It was the week of thanksgiving...I wish I had that chance that my brother had to be with her one more time...

I miss her so much....Mothers day is the hardest time for me because the family would go to her home and have a great time...and now I just have memories....

I love you mom, and I miss you profoundly....
Until we meet again :)
