2)      If your loan officer is named Bernie and he operates out of the local candy store!

3)      If you call a date at the movies “Sex in the city!”

4)      If you know what a SANGWICH is!

5)      If you’ve ever eaten a SANGWICH!

6)      If you know what “go-see-wha-cho-gotta-do” means, and can use it in a sentence!

7)      If you consider the Macy parade to be a Broadway Show!

8)      If you think of tourists as SPEED BUMPS!”

9)      If your entire family goes to the beach by subway!

10)    If you think that Nathan Hale invented the Coney Island Hotdog!

Well I have been in Big D for a long time now and I don't think we consider tourists speed bumps. And I heard New York was a friendly place.

New York and New Yorkers are amazingly friendly. Just don't walk in front of our cars!! I grew up in the Apple and wouldn't live anywhere else. But I'm as comedy writer, I can tell you that New Yorkers can dish it out and New Yorkers can take it! Like the people in Big D, we're tough and fun loving.
I'm sure that Foxworthy's people don't mind his stuff!

Well if I ever come for a visit I'm gonna ask you to be my tour guide. You are the only person I kinda know there. Don't know if you could take the "ya'll" and "fixin" and that southern draaawwwwllll though.

I was on the road for years as a drummer. I've heard it all. I love drawls. I honestly used to scare people with my NY accent! That's where my sense of humor helped!

New York has some of the best museums,Broadway shows, Times Square is much more than New Years eve and watching the ball drop. There are great Restaurants, nite life...Just a whole bunch of good stuff. Just bring lots and lots of money!!

I would love to visit sometime as long as I had somebody to help me stay away from those "bad areas" every city has. Wondering into unfamiliar territory is what gets you into trouble. I doubt if I will ever make it there but you never know.
