you can't beat tickets

I recieved a parking ticket on Easter sunday for being 7 feet from fire hydrant. From MY building security camera i obtained a picture of the ticket agent placing the ticket on my truck, with a clearance of about 12 feet behind my truck to the end of the pic. the pic doesn't show the fire pump. The judge found me guilty, she said I need more evidance, i should have taken a picture of the pump!! My response was, my tickcet is for being to close to the pump, but now you say i'm guilty because there is no pump in the pic! then she said  i could have altered the pic. I give up she made it clear there is no beating tickets in NYC

what was the name of the judge.. was is mary? If so then I can understand, she refuses to listen to anyone but the voices in her head
