It been awhile since posting in here. I mostly been reading in here. I noticed no more SoundOff.

ANYWAY . . . . . . . .

Gas prices are around $4 dollars a gallon. Am I right? Well, try this for size. If you are going places in your own town/city. Maybe going to the next town/city bordering your town/city. Why don't you either walk, ride a bicycle, take a bus or take a subway? Depending on where you live for having a subway.

Less gas being used. Less money being used. You get healthy from cycling and walking from point A to point B. Really!  Walking to and fron a subway or bus is also healthy. Plus more money for you to use for whatever you need it for!

Just bring water and or some kind of snack. Wear a bike helmet for cycling a bike. Plus a bike lock. Lock the bike when you go to the store or something like that.

A friend came up with something. How about doing these things. Maybe gas stations will think about lowering gas prices in the near future.

Seems like the purpose of this trial is for Christie to shame her cheating ex husband Peter Cook.  She feels she was wronged and hopes that the American justice system with address this.

Here's a scam a local store here in NJ was doing:

I bought three $5 scratch-off lottery tickets once (it's a good way to pass the time when you are early for an appointment) but I noticed that the small serial number portion was scratched off on two of them. The game portion was fully in tact though.   I realized right away that the ticket was checked by the store-owner already using the code instead of playing the game.    That is how they verify a winning ticket, but they know that everyone does not know that.

So the store owner, was selling tickets she had already ruled-out as losing tickets!
I reported it to the lottery commission, because I felt bad for all the people who didn't catch what they were doing, and were scammed.    The serial number part of the ticket is so small, that the average person wouldn't even notice.
The lottery commissioner didn't really know what to do about it.  He strangely seemed to be more concerned about what I thought, as if he were afraid I would alert the press.    He kept calling me back to let me know what he was doing in his investigation.   He made a trip to the store, and the store owner did admit to selling them, but made up a story on how her husband scratched the code off and she didn't know. The commissioner didn't really believe her story.   The commissioner called me back, and actually told me he was unsure what to do, and they would leave it up to me, if they could keep their lottery machine or have the commission remove it from their store.  I didn't  want to get that involved, I just wanted to alert them that people were being ripped off.   So I just recommended a warning, not to be the bad guy.   Who knows how long they were getting away with that though?

I wanted to post this here, in case anyone here buys them too.  They make it so easy for a store owner or worker to do this, so I imagine it happens in other stores too.   What they should do is put the ticket's serial number in the center of the game portion, so that the buyer would notice it being exposed.    No?

Hi yall! It's been quite interesting and fun blogging with  myfox.  Goodday is the best morning news ever! The most unique down to earth team! They keeps it real! Lots of entertainment...but what ever happened to "Are you smarter than a 5th grader?? OH YEA...I answered right 90% of the time. BTW...did I mention how great everyone looks on the show? EXAAACTLY!! :) What other station gives their fans shout outs? I am right now looking for the bureau to foreward it to then I want to see if anyone does anything about it or are they gonna just warn people and not even look for this guy. What a coward!!! How can anyone murder their spouse  in front of their own children?? Men wants to beat on women and then the women gets a restrainig order on them, but that piece of paper means nothing....they just get even more angry and then someone dies as a result of jealousy..it's a shame!!!!!!!!!! Those 2 children are gonna have flashbacks of what happened to their mom right before their eyes! I can't wait til they catch that nut!!! No excuse at all for what he done to his family!! Lock him up and throw away the key!!!!!!

I am a survior of a assult by a drunken man who pushed me 15 years ago but the memory of the event still lives on deep within my mind, I have Post Trumtic stress disorder, yet man who pushed me so long ago, is dead now so I hear; the memory of the event still lives on deep within my brain. I am only telling this shortened story because I don't want anyone to become a victim of a walking drunken person, and have a safe 4th of July, or drunk too much beer or wine, mixed drink . Its how the person with a two legs can also hurt a person besides a drunken driver. I hope everyone has a knows thier limit and for victims to get help, Happy safe 4th of July
