To anyone that will listen, The recent “dirt” on AIG was informative but very disheartening. To think that a company of AIG with the recent "bail out" they received ($85 billion of taxpayers' money) could go on a retreat like this tells me they have blinders on. They do not care that their company was in trouble for years and may have just dissolved in front of their eyes. They expected the government to save them and we did! This is what most of the WALL STREET firms believe, they think of themselves only with "huge salaries & bonuses" and luxury expenditures. I think it is absolutely appalling we the tax payers have to save all these greedy companies. Sadly, we all have to count on them to survive and depend on them to make the economy go round. These AIG executives should be FIRED and clean house with the rest. Maybe someone from the Federal Reserve should be seated in house and regulate and audit AIG and the other MONSTER COMPANIES that helped make this terrible mess we are in today. Joe Norton, from AIG says, "It was not an executive retreat,” "It was a meeting to reward and incent independent sales agents." Who the hell could go to that "luxury meeting" with good conscience when many of the AIG employees are worried whether they have a JOB tomorrow! Also, how could they spend that enormous amount of money, over $400k when we lost "THOUSANDS" from their stock plummeting?

What were they thinking???? Apparently, they were not...and are not...

As Charlie Brown says" Good Grief!"
