Just wanted to let you know I'm a Cards fan that loved the Cards/Mets rivalry in the '80s...loved calling you guys POND SCUM. However, you guys are way too nice to be called such names...Want to wish you good luck 'cuz you're going to need it w/the fan support our Cards have...Gotta Luv 'em ALWAYS n 4ever...GO CARDS!!

HA! The Cardinals beat us?! What a joke! Take Pujols away and you suck, take any Met away and we still whomp any team. I say Mets in five because even the crappiest teams get lucky. Anyway even IF you get to the World Series do you think that they'd just hand the trophy over, like you thought in '04? The World Series championship deserves to return to the senior circuit, it deserves to call Shea Stadium as its home. The real show in town is The Mets; Cards are a bunch of winos. Lets Go Mets!!!

The Mets went to the world series and lost in 2000 and you guys are supposed to be the bet team in baseball but you can't get out of the shadows of the yankees

Look at the players we had then, Look at the players we have now. Its unfathomable to compare the two and also an injustice to do so. You can talk all the smack you want about the Mets but we are not PAPER CHAMPIONS like the cardinals. We held our lead in the NL East and are proud to have ended the Braves 13 year dynasty. The cardinals in the meanwhile blew an enormous NL Central lead and almost payed the piper. BTW if you are gonna smack talk in NY you better learn how to spell C O R R E C T L Y. Our Team, Our Town, Our Time... Lets Go Mets!!!

You fools are going to get stomped. This is our third year in a row being here and you "NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK" think you got what it takes. You limp in with-out Pedro, Hernandez, and maybe no Floyd. You also know mr. reyes isn't stealing any bases with Yadier behind the plate. One more simple reason you guys don't stand a chance is YOU DON'T HAVE PUJOLS!! Whatever will NY do with-out neither NY team making the series??

THE CARDS ARE GOING TO WIN IN 5 GAMES sorry to say but hey ny you were my home once now i am am in missery have to go with the cards besides they need the money more than the mets an the weather well were use to it rain cold wind dry it doesn't matter the cards can play an will win cause we got the new place to play that all of mo. paid for so the cards have to win just to get our tax money back so you guys r gonna lose boooooo hooooo lol thought you'd like this

Hey truant, in case you didn't see the CARDS win the NLCS series against San Diego, we didn't need any of Pujols homeruns to win. Admit it your NY Mets are POND SCUM. They should probably get their golf clubs ready cause their season is over in 5.
